Brian Holthouse

Brian joined the team in 2013 as an Associate with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions and supporting our operating companies’ senior leadership teams on key strategic initiatives. During his time at BW Forsyth Partners, Brian has worked with each of our operating companies on a variety of strategic initiatives. Currently, Brian is most active with the Baldwin Technology and Machine Solutions teams, where he has collaborated with the senior leadership teams to develop and execute acquisition strategies, formulate strategic priorities and aid in the execution of key operational improvement initiatives.

Previously, Brian spent two years in the business services investment banking group at Robert W. Baird in Chicago. While at Robert W. Baird, Brian supported execution teams for a variety of transactions including buy-side, sell-side and private placement mandates.

While not at work, Brian enjoys both playing and coaching ice hockey, playing in local golf tournaments and spending time with his wife, Erin, and their growing family. Brian also is active with City Church, a local Presbyterian church, helping with the youth ministry and men’s group.
