Acquisition History

Crimping, Balloon Folding
& Lamination

Dan Kasprzyk and Tom Motsenbocker selected Forsyth Partners as an ideal investment partner for their small business. This partnership not only offered the desired equity but also ensured the preservation of the business’s long-term legacy and the well-being of their employees.

Catheter Tipping & RF Bonding

MSI and Vante, both Arizona-based, supplied catheter manufacturing equipment. Their shared location and focus enabled them to collaborate effectively and expand their technology to assist Medical Device companies in life-saving product innovation.

Catheter Braiding

SteegerUSA business leaders determined they were at an inflection point and needed additional capital investment to meet customer’s growing demand.  Investments in operations and talent have increased customer satisfaction, and have grown the business substantially.

Catheter Tipping & RF Bonding

PlasticWeld's tip forming equipment introduced an enhanced capability to the Vante product portfolio broadening options for customers to create difficult tip geometries.

Tube Sealing

Machine Solutions was able to reacquire the Sebra technology that was sold to Haemonetics in 2008. This opened opportunities for proven RF technology to expand into Blood Collection and Pharmaceutical industry.

Bonding (laser, thermal) lamination, balloon forming, lamination

In 2020, amidst global changes, Machine Solutions integrated three leading technologies into its catheter manufacturing capabilities and established a European manufacturing and service hub through the BW-TEC acquisition, benefiting global customers.

Automation & UV Curing

By acquiring Intec Automation, Machine Solutions turned its vision into reality, aimed at assisting customers in tackling complex manufacturing challenges. This was achieved by enriching its engineering expertise to enable the seamless integration of technical knowledge across its various brands.
